Shane Parkes Crosby

Shane Parkes Crosby is an Associate Consultant at W5, working across customer experience, strategy, research, and brand activation.

Prior to joining W5 in 2026, Shane spent over a year at Volvo Cars covering Marketing, Customer Experience & Insights. During that time, he supported national product launches, alongside CRM and digital campaigns, customer communications, retailer activation, events, and performance analysis.

Shane earned a Master of Science in Strategic Management from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing, Innovation & New Technology from Dublin City University.
