Tim has been helping clients solve business problems with data-driven decision making for almost 30 years. He is a regular conference speaker, and is a member of MRS, ESOMAR AIMRO, Digital Marketing Institute and a member of the CXPA Ireland committee.

Elaine has extensive experience across multiple industries, bringing the customer into strategic and operational decision-making, planning, and implementation. She has held senior Strategy, Planning and CX roles and is a certified CCXP.

Ceara has specialised in customer experience measurement, insight generation and design since 2007, with particular expertise in public service clients. She is especially strong facilitating clients mobilise around research and implications of insights.

Anil leads on data analytics, security and technology, and is instrumental across many of our key client programmes. Anil specialises in statistical data analysis and economic and customer experience research, supported by strong project management skills.

Angarmaa has over 10 years’ experience working in data and insights. She is a very strong researcher with an excellent eye for detail and a keen focus on data quality, as well as extracting insights and recommended actions from large datasets.

Praveen holds over 10 years’ experience in data analytics, data visualisation and multivariate data analysis. He has worked on many large, quantitative survey-based datasets and is also a skilled project manager with excellent client liaison skills.
