Anilkumar Anirudhan

Anilkumar is Lead Research Architect & GDPR Officer at W5, where he leads on research technology, data analytics, information governance, and the design of complex Voice of Customer programmes.

Since joining W5 in 2014, Anilkumar has progressed from Research Analyst to Lead Research Architect, working across many of the organisation’s largest and most complex client programmes. His work spans customer experience measurement, survey architecture, quantitative and qualitative research, customer segmentation, key driver analysis, predictive modelling, and data visualisation alongside wider quantitative and qualitative research.

He also leads W5’s approach to data protection and GDPR and acts as W5’s subject matter expert on privacy, data governance, Privacy by Design, and data protection compliance.

Prior to joining W5, he spent more than 16 years working in data analytics and research across a range of organisations.

Anilkumar holds a Master of Science in Business Analytics from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Mahatma Gandhi University. He also holds professional certification in EU GDPR practice, alongside training in cybersecurity awareness.
