W5 wins global voice of the customer award for second year

W5 have been named as the 2016 Judges Choice winner of the Confirmit ACE (Achievement in Customer Excellence) Award for Insight through a Market Research Agency. This is the second year that W5 has won at the Confirmit awards. W5 won two ACE awards in 2015 for their work with GNI and AIB.

The Judges Choice award recognises the “Best of the Best” and as such is a strong validation of W5’s outstanding performance in partnering with clients to develop customer feedback processes and support client’s commitment to customer excellence and loyalty.

W5 earned this prestigious Confirmit ACE Award based on their work with Gas Networks Ireland’s Customer Experience Measurement and Insight Programme.
